What's changing?
We will be conducting a platform upgrade activity on the VIOOH Production environment. Due to the nature of the change a series of validation checks will be conducted that extends the change window duration.
How does this affect me?
Clients will be unable to access VIOOH application:
- VIOOH Trading Manager (TMUI)
Normal service will resume automatically once the change has completed, however VIOOH Operations advise all clients to not use the application between the date and times shown below.
When is it happening and how long is it expected to last?
The change activity is scheduled on Monday, 6th April 2026
- Change Start Time: 08:00 (UTC+1)
- Change End Time: 09:00 (UTC+1)
- Overall Estimated downtime: 1 hour
