What’s changing?
VIOOH Operations have been requested to release a new version of the VIOOH Automation API (v5.10.8) to the UAT (non-production) environment.
How does this affect me?
During this time, the VIOOH Automation API will be temporarily unavailable.
Normal service will resume automatically once the upgrade is completed.
VIOOH Operations advise all Media Owners not to use the VIOOH Automation API application within the UAT environment, during the date and time outlined below.

The upgrade is scheduled for Monday, 1st June 2026:

Media Owners were unable to create and update programmatic deals, within the VIOOH Trading Manager application for a short time on Thursday 28th May 2026.

Incident Update
The underlying issue has been associated to a scheduled change activity within the VIOOH Trading Platform, that interrupted normal service unexpectedly. A post-mortem will be held to fully investigate this failure and prevent similar impacts to clients in the future.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this service interruption.

VIOOH Operations is aware of an ongoing issue at this time impacting Media Owners from creating and updating programmatic deals, within the VIOOH Trading Manager application.
VIOOH teams are investigating this issue as a priority at this time.
