What's changing?
VIOOH will be conducting a change activity for the VIOOH Trading Manager application - Insight reporting, within the  Non-Production and Production environments.

How does this affect me?
During this change activity, there could be a service interruption to the loading of reports and new data being presented to the VIOOH Trading Manager application - Insight report (Deal Health). 

In addition, reporting widgets shown within the Deal Management section may be unavailable or show static data results throughout this period. 

There will be no further impact on the VIOOH Trading Manager application, and no impact on any platform trading services.

When is it happening and how long is it expected to last?
This change activity is scheduled for Saturday, 14th April 2025
Start Time: 07:00 AM UTC+1
End Time: 07:30 AM UTC+1
Overall downtime period: Up to ~30 minutes

What's changing?

We will be conducting a platform upgrade activity on the VIOOH Production environment. Due to the nature of the change a series of validation checks will be conducted that extends the change window duration.

How does this affect me?

Clients will be unable to access VIOOH application:

  • VIOOH Trading Manager (TMUI)

Normal service will resume automatically once the change has completed, however VIOOH Operations advise all clients to not use the application between the date and times shown below.

When is it happening and how long is it expected to last?

The change activity is scheduled on Monday, 6th April 2026

  • Change Start Time: 08:00  (UTC+1)
  • Change End Time: 09:00 (UTC+1)
  • Overall Estimated downtime: 1 hour

What’s changing?
We will be conducting a platform maintenance activity on the  Production environment , which will include having to restart the VIOOH Gateway.

How does this affect me?
Clients may experience brief service interruptions, primarily impacting retrieving data within VIOOH applications, during the maintenance window. VIOOH applications & services that could be impacted for a short period of time:
  • VIOOH Trading Manager (TMUI)
  • VIOOH Automation (VA)
  • VIOOH ADServer
Normal service will resume automatically once the maintenance has completed.

Incident Summary
VIOOH Operations detected an issue with loading the Campaign Management page within VIOOH Trading Manager application.

Incident Resolution
Technical teams conducted a series of activities to restore full service.

Performance and health monitoring continued for 2 hours after resolution, additional monitoring has also been added to our cloud infrastructure to notify of any change in behaviour.

From approximately 15:05 UTC, no further application issues have been identified with the loading of data into Campaign Management, and tests confirm that normal service has been restored, bringing us back to normal operations.

Technical teams have conducted a series of activities to restore full service.

From approximately 15:05 UTC, no further application issues have been identified with the loading of data into Campaign Management, and tests confirm that normal service has been restored.

Performance and health monitoring will continue for the next 2 hours, with additional monitoring added to our cloud infrastructure to notify of any change in behaviour.
