VIOOH Trading Manager (VTM) & VIOOH Automation (VA) – Login Issue via "Continue with JCDecaux"
September 14, 3:30am
September 14, 3:30am
Summary:
Certain users are currently unable to log in to VIOOH Trading Manager and VIOOH Automation when selecting the "Continue with JCDecaux" login option, which relies on Microsoft Single Sign-On for authentication. Login attempts made through the "Continue with Viooh.com" option, which relies on Google Single Sign-On, continue to function as expected.
Impact:
Users authenticating via the "Continue with JCDecaux" option are experiencing failed login attempts to VIOOH Trading Manager and VIOOH Automation. Users authenticating via "Continue with Viooh.com" are not affected.
Details:
Based on our initial investigation, this issue appears to be related to the Microsoft Single Sign-On authentication integration associated with JCDecaux accounts, rather than an issue with the VIOOH Trading Manager or VIOOH Automation platforms themselves.
Workaround:
For users who have the "Continue with Viooh.com" login option available on their account, this may be used as a temporary alternative while the issue is being investigated. This workaround is not available to all users, as not all accounts are configured with this login option.
Next Steps:
This issue has been escalated to the relevant technical team for further investigation into the Microsoft Single Sign-On authentication flow for JCDecaux accounts. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide a further update as soon as additional information becomes available.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
