Clients may experience brief service interruptions, primarily impacting retrieving data within VIOOH applications, during the maintenance window. VIOOH applications & services that could be impacted for a short period of time:
- VIOOH Trading Manager (TMUI)
- VIOOH Automation (VA)
- VIOOH ADServer
Normal service will resume automatically once the maintenance has completed.
When is it happening and how long is it expected to last?
The maintenance activity is scheduled on Wednesday, 13 August 2025 at 23:00 (UTC+1).
This activity is expected to take approximately 10 minutes.

This will directly impact the Programmatic campaigns and potential updates on traditional campaigns.

Incident Summary
VIOOH Operations have been informed of an issue with VIOOH AdController, that required us to undertake urgent maintenance.
There is no impact to trading and service remains available and online.
Due to the issue experienced Media Owners could observe an increase in frames downloading their associated creative manifest.
